Chapters turn one long video into a menu — viewers jump to what they need, watch more, and YouTube rewards the session time. The format is strict; here's the template.

Put timestamps in the description's first lines or use YouTube's built-in chapters editor. Name chapters with the keyword + outcome, not vague labels.
