Comment Data: Comment text, author names, like counts, and timestamps for videos you choose to analyze with the AI Auto-Responder. This data is processed to generate contextual reply drafts.
Usage Data: We track anonymized usage patterns such as which features you use most frequently, credit consumption, and session duration. This data is used exclusively to improve the platform and is never sold or shared.
4. Data Storage & Security
YT SEO Architect employs a client-side-first storage architecture. The vast majority of your data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage. This includes your OAuth access token, detected niche, credit balance, chat history with the AI Coach, and analysis results. This means your data lives on your device, not on our servers.
When you trigger an AI-powered action (such as generating a script, running an audit, or asking the AI Coach a question), your data is transmitted securely over HTTPS to our serverless API endpoints hosted on Vercel's edge network. The data is processed in-memory by Groq's AI inference engine and the response is returned immediately. We do not persist your channel data, video metadata, or conversation history on our servers. Each API request is stateless — once the response is delivered, the request data is discarded.
All communications between your browser and our API endpoints are encrypted using TLS 1.3. Our serverless infrastructure runs on Vercel's SOC 2 Type II certified platform, ensuring enterprise-grade security controls including network isolation, access logging, and automated vulnerability scanning.
5. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with the following third-party services:
Google/YouTube Data API v3: Used to read and write your channel's metadata, playlists, and comments. Governed by Google's API Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Groq AI: Used for all AI inference (script generation, SEO analysis, chat responses). Your prompts and context data are sent to Groq's API for processing. Groq does not use customer data for training and deletes request data after processing. See Groq's privacy policy at groq.com/privacy.
Vercel: Our hosting platform. Handles request routing and serverless function execution. Vercel's privacy practices are documented at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Google Fonts: We load the Geist and Outfit font families from Google Fonts. This may result in your IP address being transmitted to Google's font servers.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information or channel data to any third party, under any circumstances. Your data is shared only with the third-party services listed above, and only to the extent necessary to provide the platform's core functionality. Instead, we use the browser's localStorage API to persist your preferences, credit balance, niche detection results, and AI Coach conversation history. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for our domain, or by using the "Reset Credits" and "Clear Brain" functions within the platform.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) revoke our access to your YouTube channel at any time via Google Account settings; (b) clear all locally stored data by clearing your browser's site data; (c) request information about what data we process; (d) delete your account and all associated data. Since we do not maintain server-side user accounts or persistent data stores, deleting your browser's localStorage effectively removes all platform data.

You, the User, are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is applied to your YouTube channel. The Platform's "Smart Overhaul" and "Collusion Tags Injection" features include mandatory review stages precisely because AI-generated metadata should never be applied blindly.
AI models, including those powered by Groq, may occasionally produce inaccurate, misleading, or contextually inappropriate content. This phenomenon, often referred to as "hallucination," is an inherent limitation of current AI technology. YT SEO Architect does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You assume full responsibility for any content you choose to publish on your YouTube channel, regardless of whether it was generated, modified, or suggested by our Platform.
In addition, users navigating highly regulated niches (such as finance, medicine, or legal advice) must exercise extreme caution. You are fundamentally required to vet any generated scripts or metadata against compliance frameworks and YouTube's specific policies governing Your Money or Your Life (YMYL) content. Our liability is completely waived regarding any strikes, demonetization actions, or algorithmic penalties levied against your account as a result of deploying AI-generated suggestions.
4. API Compliance and Authentication Architecture
By using YT SEO Architect, you acknowledge that the Platform interacts with the YouTube Data API v3 and is strictly subject to YouTube's API Terms of Service. 5. Allowed Uses and Prohibited Actions
You may use the Platform for its intended purpose: optimizing your YouTube channel's SEO, generating content ideas, analyzing competitors, managing playlists, and receiving AI-driven strategic advice. You fundamentally agree not to: (a) use the Platform to generate spam, misleading metadata, or content that violates YouTube's policies; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform's backend API; (c) use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the Platform; (d) share your access with unauthorized third parties; (e) use the Platform to harass, impersonate, or defame other creators or individuals; (f) attempt to circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or security measures implemented by the Platform.
We maintain strict anomaly detection protocols. If we detect usage patterns indicative of Terms of Service circumvention, API abuse, or malicious load generation, we reserve the right to permanently block your IP address, invalidate your session configurations, and report the abuse to relevant infrastructure partners. You agree to utilize the platform in good faith as a white-hat creator aiming to optimize organic, high-value algorithmic pathways.
6. API Write Operations and Data Modification Permanence
Several features of the Platform perform "write" operations that permanently modify your YouTube channel data. These include: applying Smart Overhaul proposals (modifying video titles, descriptions, and tags), applying Weaver narratives (modifying playlist descriptions), injecting Collusion Tags (adding tags to multiple videos), reordering playlist videos (changing video sequence within a playlist), and posting AI-drafted comment replies. Each of these operations requires explicit user action — no write operation is performed automatically or without your direct and manual trigger.
The Platform includes comprehensive safety mechanisms such as proposal review stages, confirmation dialogs, and backup snapshots (for playlist reordering) to minimize the risk of unintended changes. However, despite these safeguards, you acknowledge that write operations to the YouTube API are structurally irreversible in many cases. While the Platform provides a "Restore Original Order" function for playlist reordering via our local caching memory, other modifications (such as applied metadata changes) may need to be manually reverted one-by-one through YouTube Studio. We strongly recommend taking manual local backups or text exports of your current metadata before applying batch or bulk changes.
7. Intellectual Property, Copyrights, and IP Defense
All textual content generated by the Platform's AI engine is provided to you for your unrestricted, unconditional commercial use. We claim no ongoing royalty rights or ownership stakes in the videos you produce using our script generation or metadata modeling tools. You retain full ownership, title, and copyright over any localized channel content you create.
Conversely, the Platform itself — including its user interface, specific workflow methodologies, design language, proprietary metrics (such as the 100-point Metadata Auditor scaling algorithm), serverless API codebase, and internal system architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of the YT SEO Architect development team and is protected by applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, duplicate, frame, or create derivative software services based on the Platform without explicit, notarized written permission from us.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONAL LAW, YT SEO ARCHITECT, ITS DEVELOPERS, CONSTITUENT PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BRAND VALUE, LOSS OF SUBSCRIBERS, LOSS OF DATA, CHANNEL SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION, ALGORITHMIC SHADOW-BANNING, OR LONG-TERM REDUCED VIDEO PERFORMANCE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
The Platform is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, totally secure, completely error-free, or that any specific optimization outcome will be reliably achieved. YouTube's algorithm is a largely proprietary, black-box ecosystem that changes frequently; strategies that drive massive velocity today may be patched out or rendered completely ineffective tomorrow. While we rigorously update our backend prompts, the Platform provides guidance based on best-effort analysis, and cannot guarantee deterministic outcomes.
9. Service Availability, Infrastructure, and Deprecation
We strive to maintain high availability (99.9% uptime) for the Platform, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform relies fundamentally on complex external third-party services (Vercel Edge computing, Groq AI Low-Latency Inference, YouTube Data API v3 endpoints, Google OAuth Authentication) that may individually or collectively experience downtime, unannounced rate limiting, IP blocking, or service disruptions entirely outside our administrative control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, temporarily disable, or completely discontinue any feature—or the entire Platform—at any time, with or without notice to users. In the event of a total platform sunset, we are not liable for the loss of local storage states, un-applied generated drafts, or disruptions to your content scheduling processes.
10. Termination and Account Deregistration
You may gracefully stop using the Platform at any time. To completely sever ties with our systems, you must independently revoke OAuth access through your Google Account settings dashboard and clear your local browser's storage caches. Because we do not store server-side account profiles, this local wipe combined with the Google OAuth revocation constitutes a complete account deletion.
We reserve the right to forcefully terminate or restrict access at the network level to users who flagrantly violate these Terms, engage in abusive technical behavior, or weaponize the Platform against the general well-being of the creator community.
11. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Arbitration
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable general commercial laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any sweeping disputes arising from the use of the Platform must first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If an initial resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to binding, confidential arbitration.
This arbitration will take place under the standard commercial rules of a recognized arbitration authority. The arbitrator's ruling shall be binding and non-appealable. You agree to waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against YT SEO Architect and its development administrators.
12. Severability and Complete Agreement
If any provision of these extensive Terms is found to be unenforceable, unlawful, or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be limited, amended, or eliminated to the absolute minimum extent necessary so that the overarching Terms shall otherwise remain in full operational force and legal effect. These Terms constitute the entirety of the agreement between the User and the Platform.
