1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YT SEO Architect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YT SEO Architect is an AI-powered toolkit that connects to your YouTube channel via Google OAuth to provide SEO analysis, metadata optimization, script generation, and related services. The Service uses AI (via Groq) to generate recommendations and content.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account that has access to a YouTube channel.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may revoke the Service's access to your YouTube account at any time via your Google Account permissions.

4. YouTube API Compliance

This Service uses the YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You may revoke API access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid plans (Pro $5/mo, Agency $19/mo) are processed through PayPal.
• Subscriptions auto-renew each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime via your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Cancelled subscriptions retain access until the paid period expires. No partial refunds for unused time.

6. Refund Policy

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Beyond 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. Refunds are processed through PayPal and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Generate spam, misleading metadata, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service's code, design, and AI-generated outputs are protected by copyright. You retain ownership of your YouTube content. AI-generated suggestions are provided as tools — you are responsible for reviewing them before applying to your channel.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Changes in YouTube's algorithm or API that affect the Service
• Loss of views, revenue, or channel standing resulting from use of the Service
• Downtime or unavailability of third-party services (Groq, YouTube API, PayPal)

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
